So when you go in for your BR and you wnat to keep the possiblity of breastfeeding later open, what's the most important thing to ask the dr to do? Leave the milk ducts intact? Thanks

Yes, and *do not* do free nipple graft.

Ditto, I had the FNG, 4oz at best w/o dpd.
